Concrete Floor Polishing Auckland

We choose John Chapman from Concrete Grind & Polish to complete the grind and polish in our new showroom in our Suzuki motorcycle shop. The job was complete in the time frame and without any additional costs. The look and finish that was created was excellent. We have, since the job, had John and his team grind and polish the floor in a sleep out. I would have no hesitation in recommending Concrete Grind & Polish to undertake large jobs like our showroom or smaller ones like our sleepout. The finish is always commented on so it was a job well done. I would recommend Concrete Grind and Polish unreservedly.

From the initial meeting to discuss the process to the user friendly manner in which all steps were explained to the completed finish of the floor was always dealt with in a professional and attentive manner. As you can imagine the Museum needs to have a professional finish to all their works undertaken within the Maritime Museum space as we are the NZ National Maritime Museum and the only attraction on the waterfront in the Auckland CBD. We first built our house 18 years ago and John and his team polished our floors. We were affected by the Auckland Anniverary floods and I was gobsmacked when I called John and he knew exactly who I was and remembered our house. This went a very long way to making me feel like a valued customer not just a number. If I thought the floor was awesome before, now it is stunning, I absolutely love it. The new technology means it's even stronger and resistant to UV. From beginning to end Concrete Grind & Polish were outstanding to deal with, I highly recommend them to anyone.

super friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem when working out how to fix my concrete floor and it was a big job. Great communication and follow up.
