I recently had my living space concrete floor re ground and re polished by Concrete Grind and Polish Limited.
I originally dealt with John who quoted on the job and explained completely the job I would receive. He explained the work precisely in a most professional manner
and I received exactly what he told me I would receive.
Once I accepted the quotation I also dealt with Karen and Paul.
All three plus the men carrying out the work were careful, reliable and extremely professional. Their communication skills were reassuring and prompt.

It was an absolute pleasure to do business with these people. It was a stress free exercise.

Having just completed a large ( new build ) aircraft hanger at Ardmore airport Auckland .We contracted Concrete Grind and Polish Ltd to finish the floor with a smooth , strong , serviceable surface . Whilst this is all achievable it requires exact careful preparation for the grinding , hardening , and sealing to be worthwhile for the job. We first built our house 18 years ago and John and his team polished our floors. We were affected by the Auckland Anniverary floods and I was gobsmacked when I called John and he knew exactly who I was and remembered our house. This went a very long way to making me feel like a valued customer not just a number. If I thought the floor was awesome before, now it is stunning, I absolutely love it. The new technology means it's even stronger and resistant to UV. From beginning to end Concrete Grind & Polish were outstanding to deal with, I highly recommend them to anyone.
